I was introduced to watercolor painting in 2012 by a member of the Lake Superior Watercolor Society and found a new obsession.  My goal is to express the essence of whatever I paint.  I especially love painting children and animals while capturing their personalities.  I am an avid gardener and love the outdoors.  In my landscapes, florals and abstract art, I try to evoke the feeling and spirit of the subject matter.  I am a member of the Lake Superior Watercolor Society and Artists of Minnesota.  I am so grateful to have these wonderful artists with whom I can share my love of painting.
